My journey into the world of craft spirits began with a personal exploration of distillation, sparked by a taste of homemade grappa. This initial curiosity evolved into a successful career as a Master Distiller, marked by the creation of award-winning spirits. 


Today, I extend my expertise through on-call services, empowering distilleries to develop exceptional products and navigate the complexities of distillation without the overhead of a full-time Master Distiller.
